We’ve designed our pricing plans to be clear and easy to understand. No convoluted pricing tables with dozens of add-ons. We believe in making it simple to see what you get at each level and ensuring there’s a fit for different business needs.

Our pricing is straightforward. No hidden fees, no fine print, no surprise charges. You get what you pay for, and we’ll always be upfront about what’s included in your plan. If we ever need to adjust prices, it’ll be transparent, communicated well in advance and reasonable.

We believe that forever free plans create the wrong incentives and aren’t sustainable. We don’t want to rely on selling your data or pushing aggressive upsells. We’re building a product that you can trust, one that genuinely has your back. Our goal is to deliver a tool that brings real value to your business, and we’re confident you’ll be willing to pay for something that helps you succeed.

We currently offer annual pricing only because we invest in every customer account we onboard. By negotiating our third-party costs on an annual basis, we’re able to pass those savings onto you. We understand this is a commitment, which is why we offer a free trial so you can experience the platform before making a decision.

When it’s time for renewal, we’ll notify you well in advance—both on the platform and by email. No sneaky renewal tricks, no confusing grace periods. We want to make it easy for you to make the right decision, whether it’s to renew or to cancel.

We don’t believe in charging you more just because you’ve added a few extra users. Our pricing model is designed to reflect the value you get over time, not just an arbitrary user count. You should feel good about continuing to pay because we consistently deliver value, not because you’re locked in with no other option.

Flexibility to Scale with You

Our pricing reflects the value we delivery to your business, and the size of your team helps us gauge that value. As your headcount grows, platform usage naturally increases, which also impacts the cost of maintaining and supporting your account. However, we know that business needs change. That’s why we include 20% flexibility in your team size during your contract period. If your headcount increases or decreases by up to 20%, your price stays the same. We’ll only revisit pricing at renewal time or if your team size goes beyond that range, giving you the freedom to scale without immediate cost concerns.

We set our prices to reflect the quality of service and value you receive. We know that higher prices bring higher expectations, and we’re committed to pushing ourselves to constantly innovate and deliver more. We’d rather have fewer, happier customers than scale up with a mediocre product.

We don’t believe in drastic price increases at renewal. Yes, prices may need to adjust over time to reflect the market and our growing feature set, but we promise to keep those increases reasonable. For our early beta customers, we even include built-in price protection so you know how much your renewal will be.

Most new features we release are included in your plan. As we grow, we may introduce new tiers to meet the evolving needs of different businesses or offer certain advanced features as optional add-ons. This doesn’t mean we’ll complicate things with endless add-ons or overwhelming choices. Any new tiers will remain straightforward, and add-ons will only be for features that provide distinct, specialized value. You’ll always keep access to the features you signed up for, and we’ll never break out existing features into separate paid add-ons.

We understand the challenges that startups and non-profits face. Our pricing is designed for small and medium businesses, and we have special pricing available for those who need it most. Let’s not forget—we’re a startup too, and we want to support other organizations as they grow.

No Implementation or Setup Costs

We don’t charge for implementation or setup because modern software shouldn’t require complex, expensive setups—especially for small businesses. If you need help with a complex migration from an existing setup, we’ll discuss any additional costs, but that’s entirely optional.
